All suites require a $10,000 refundable reservation deposit. Submission of a reservation request with a deposit does not guarantee purchase of a condo suite. When we have received 80% of the required suite reservations, we purchase the ship. We have five (5) prospective ships we can purchase. We reserve the right to select the best ship available when the minimum reservations have been submitted.
